Admission Procedures

Prince Avenue Christian School admits qualified students of any race, color, biological gender or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities.

In addition, the school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, biological gender, ethnic origin or age in the administration of any or all educational/co-curricular policies.

Student applications are received in the office any day, Monday through Friday. Registration is not finalized until the following items have been completed and/or received:

Step 1 - Forms and Fees

• Application & Application Fee
• Copy of student's Birth Certificate and Certificate of Immunization
• Teacher Recommendations, Principal/Guidance Counselor and Church Recommendation
• Student Medical Release/Emergency Contacts Form
• Foundational Beliefs and Family Student Handbook Agreement Forms
• Financial Policy Form
• New Student Interview Sheet (5th-12th)
• Academic and Health Records from previous schools which includes the most current report card, standardized testing, psychological and medical testing and any IEP
• Credit Report Authorization

Step 2 - Testing

• Admissions Screening/Testing

Step 3 - Interview

• Parent/Guardian Interview

Step 4 - Acceptance Fee

• Upon notification of acceptance, a $600 acceptance fee is due per student, which is applied toward tuition.

* Successful completion of previous grade level and evidence of positive behavior, socialization and academic progress are criteria for the admissions process.

* All students who desire to attend PRINCE on an I20 (International Students Only) will have an additional application fee of $100
