Re-enrollment Instructions

Attendance at PRINCE is a privilege.

Re-enrolling students must be in compliance with all requirements for enrollment. The school reserves the right to refuse re-enrollment to any student or students of families who have demonstrated disharmony regarding the purpose, objectives, standards, policies, rules and regulations of the school. In addition, no family may be re-admitted unless all financial obligations have been met from the previous school year, student has positive behavior, and academic progress.

In February of each year the parents will be given all enrollment forms needed to be completed to re-enroll for the following year. There will be a two-week period that all returning families may re-enroll at a discounted rate and secure their child's place in the class. After the two-week re-enrollment period has expired the re-enrollment charge will be full price and your child is not guaranteed a space in his or her class.

Admissions Checklist

Use this checklist to ensure that the applicant's file is complete. Enrollment cannot be finalized until all requirements are met.

  • $75 Re-enrollment fee is application if submitted after Friday, March 23, 2007
  • Student Medical Release/Emergency Contact Form (with original signatures and notarized)
  • Family-School Handbook Agreement
  • Foundational Beliefs Agreement
  • Financial Policy Form
  • Childcare Registration Form (Optional)

Re-enrollment Form and Fee

The Re-enrollment form must be completed and sent to the Admissions Office by Friday, March 23, to avoid an application fee of $75/student.

Student Medical Release/Emergency Contacts Form

This form (all parts) must be completed, signed, notarized, and submitted. All pages must have an original signature of parent and must be notarized. Notaries are available at Prince to notarize these documents.

Family-School Handbook & Foundational Beliefs Agreement forms

These forms must be completed and submitted after reading the Family-School Handbook and Foundational Beliefs document of Prince Avenue Christian School.

Financial Policy Form

This form must be signed and completed.

Childcare Registration Form (Optional)

If childcare is needed, please fill out and turn in with your re-enrollment application.
