Laura Barron, 2005, was named Distinguished Alumni for the Congressional Youth Leadership Council. Being singled out as one of the country's highest achieving students and being invited to attend the nation's premier leadership conference is a life changing event. Miss Barron was nominated and selected in 2004 to go to Washington D.C. to the National Young Leaders Conference. While there, Laura had the unparalleled opportunity to analyze leadership concepts and discuss current events and issues with top policy makers. She was then chosen in 2005 to go to the Global Youth Leadership Council in Prague.
