Jon Desso Scholarship
This scholarship was established to remember and honor the life of a PACS graduate from the Class of 2000, Jon Desso. A committee of Jon’s friends annually meets to decide the recipient of this scholarship. The Desso Scholarship is a 501(c)(3) organization and operates independently from Prince Avenue Christian School. This $3,000 scholarship is usually given to two PACS students. William H. Ricketts Scholarship
The Ricketts Scholarship is part of the school budget, and was established by Prince Avenue Christian School to honor the pastor of Prince Avenue Baptist Church, Reverend William H. Ricketts, as a part of the school’s 20th anniversary celebration. The criteria for this $1,500 scholarship is based on the student’s commitment to his or her walk with the Lord, commitment to his or her church ministry, and desire to serve Christ in their daily life. This recipient is selected by Bill Ricketts.

Wolverine Pride Scholarship
This $500 scholarship was given to our school by TSD Capital Group and is to be awarded each year to a family who has demonstrated extraordinary levels of Wolverine Pride. This includes being involved in every aspect of the school and showing full Wolverine Support.

The Sheldon T. Shoff Trust Scholarship
This full tuition scholarship is eligible to students 1st through 12th grade and is decided and awarded by the Sheldon T. Shoff Scholarship Committee. This scholarship was established by Mr. Richard Mason and Family in loving memory of Mr. Sheldon T. Shoff.

Ruby Evelyn Brown Memorial Scholarship
This $1,000 scholarship was given in loving memory of Mrs. Ruby Evelyn Brown. This scholarship is eligible to students 1st through 12th grade and is decided and awarded by the Ruby Evelyn Brown Scholarship Committee.

Kathy Stamatinos Geyer Scholarship
Beginning in 2010-11, this scholarship will be given in memory of former teacher Kathy Stamatinos Geyer. Every student in good standing in 1st - 12th grades with a 3.5 or above GPA is eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship will be decided and awarded by the Kathy Stamatinos Geyer Memorial Scholarship Committee. This $500 scholarship will be awarded annually to one Prince Avenue Christian School student. Applicants must complete the assignment given on the Scholarship Application.

Chick-Fil-A Christian Service Scholarship
The Chick-Fil-A Service Scholarship was established by the Shane Todd Family to honor a student who shows extraordinary Christian Service in their community. Every student in good standing in first through twelfth grades is eligible for this scholarship. The $1,500 scholarship is awarded annually, and the recipient is decided by the Chick-Fil-A Scholarship Committee

Reg Gattie Memorial Scholarship
“Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all you lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before His presence with singing.” Psalm 100:1,2
This scholarship was established by Prince Avenue Christian School to celebrate the life of Reg Gattie. Every 9th-12th grade student in good standing is eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded by the Reg Gattie Memorial Scholarship Committee to one student who uses their God given musical talents to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in an extraordinary way through their leadership and Christian character. This student should plan to major or minor in music. This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded annually to further the student’s studies in the field of music.
