Mrs. Morris and Mrs. Todd have taught me so much through the drama department at Prince Avenue. The making of a play takes a lot of time and hard work, but using our God-given talents to glorify the Lord on stage is always worth it.

Luke Wells 7th Grade

I like Prince Avenue’s band because of Mr. Rettew. He is an awesome Christian example of what his students should be. Mr. Rettew doesn’t just teach us music. He teaches us the history on how songs are written. Most of all he helps us see a different side of Christianity.

“Music and God are the same. They stay with us forever.” (My favorite Mr. Rettew quote)

Madeline Jackson, 7th grade

Prince Avenue is a fun school. We get to be ourselves and enjoy the time we spend there. While working on the student council, we started to dress up as the secret service when we’d help out with special events. It was a lot of fun. We’re just here to serve and protect…

Ward Evans, Sophomore
Wesley Bridgham, Sophomore

I like that I have specials like P.E., art, music and Spanish every day at my school!

Will Peacock Pre-Kindergarten

I came to Prince Avenue in the tenth grade from Clarke Central High School. My parents wanted my siblings and I to attend a school that was Christ centered and academic driven. I like Prince Avenue because the teachers support you when you are having difficulty with a particular subject. They are more than willing to offer support and extra help after school. Another reason I enjoy attending Prince Avenue is because of the fun and peaceful environment. At Prince you are able to exercise you faith in God without being judged or criticize. It is my home away from home.

William McNeely, Senior

When I was in kindergarten I wanted to come to Prince Avenue because I could buy chocolate milk at lunch. Now that I am about to graduate, I appreciate the spiritual, academic, athletic, and leadership opportunities I have experienced while in school here. And I still drink the chocolate milk!

Mark Zeagler, Senior
